I recently had the pleasure of working with The Plumbers, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I called, Mayra was professional, responsive, and courteous. The plumber Ariel arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in detail before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, and the quality of work was outstanding. They also ensured everything was clean before leaving, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was their honesty and fair pricing. There was no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. It’s clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction. I highly recommend The Plumbers and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I have used the services of The Plumbers twice. Mayra is extremely friendly, efficient, and courteous to speak to. Recently I had a leak from my AC, even though The Plumbers aren’t AC specialists, Mayra sent a team member who was able to detect and resolve the problem in a speedy and professional manner. I would highly recommend their services!

The plumber they sent has been to my home twice. Ariel was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He deserves a big fat raise. God bless America! Update 6/19/2025 Used the same plumber again, Mr. Ariel. This time to construct, a #2, cleanout, for a driveway, that I am redoing. Again he was on time, proffesional, and conducted great craftsmanship. The 4" cast iron pipe, leaving the house was cracked and leaking sewage into the ground. (The morons who owned the house before paved over it!) Wonderful job! This is one of the few companies, in Miami Dade, that do things right the first time.

I contacted The Plumbers through google after having a catastrophic electrical failure in my water heater. The responded very quickly with questions and followed up in minutes with a very competitive price. Their tech arrived an hour or two later and quickly and professionally replaced my existing water heater. I am extremely happy with the work, price, and response.

The Plumbers provided efficient & knowledgeable service. The office responded promptly to my request, listened patiently with kindness & provided an estimate based on the information I provided, & set the appointment. The plumber arrived on time, assessed the problem & promptly started to work to resolve the issue. He diligently snaked the clean-out line, working the process for some time, & finally the pipe cleared & I once again had a functioning toilet. The office followed through as the repair ensued to make sure I was updated in case any change might be needed in the original estimate, but no change was needed. Their price was the expected rate for the service needed. I was super impressed with the quality of service & the kindness exuded by both the office & the plumber. I highly recommend them.

They contacted me within minutes of me submitting an inquiry. They were able to send someone out within a couple of hours of my inquiry. Ariel was our plumber and walked us through everything he was doing. He didn’t perform anything until he gave us our options and they gave us a quote. Very communicative and fast. Would 100% recommend
